Samantha's long distance boyfriend, Behrett, turns 1 yr old on July 16th. She's never actually met him, but she's heard a lot about him. HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEHR.

Joseph's camping trip

Joseph went camping with his friend, Avery, last week. He brought his favorite dog, Gracie, and Avery brought his two canine buddies, Daisy and Fletcher. They stayed at one of my favorite campsites, which unfortunately, now gets quite a bit of traffic.

10PM to 8:45 AM

These are the hours I slept last night, which means Samantha also slept these same hours. She peed in her diaper and I didn't pee at all, so we both slept straight through the night. It was absolutely marvelous. If I could only get to bed at 10PM EVERY night...... too many things to do....

My dad and Karen came into town for a few days. We "dragged" them to a Victor Wooten concert. Actually, they didn't mind going at all. This is actually their second time seeing Victor Wooten live. First time was with me when we saw Bela Fleck and the Flecktones warm up for Dave Matthews in Greensboro, NC. Surprisingly, my dad was NOT the oldest person at the concert. Karen and my dad are so much fun to hang out with. They are pretty much up for anything.
